This is a wonderful (no pun intended) application for digital to-do lists. It lets you manage your daily tasks by using the free app which links to the cloud-based site (especially useful if you use different devices throughout the day). It has a host of other useful features including reminders, recurring tasks and sub tasks along with improved notes, sharing and notifications.

 

2. Genius Scan

 

One of the simplest digital tools for scanning documents, Genius Scan is designed to scan any document easily. Whether it may be printed receipts, cheques, forms or business cards, the mobile app is like having a scanner in your pocket – except a scanner that can scan whiteboards and the front of buildings. Genius Scan uses your device’s camera and saves the docs for easy archival and reference. It also provides a perspective correction tool, incredibly useful when you’re viewing from an awkward angle (it also works on photo’s).

3. Evernote

 

Used to sync notes across multiple devices, Evernote is an app popular with professionals with professionals for obvious reasons. It also supports audio notes and photo sync features and works with nearly every computer, phone and mobile device out there – amazing. Evernote also produces add-on apps such as Penultimate which allows handwritten notes to be searcheable.

 

4. Glassboard

 

Essentially Glassboard is a private social network for groups – what this means in practical terms is that you can set up a group for your sales team, one for your design team, and share anything relevant with them. So if you’re walking down the street and see something would be great for your team working on that new piece of business, simply snap a picture and share it with that group. The app enables users to share messages, photos, videos, files and even locations with as many different groups as you can think of, and would be perfect for anyone who needs to be able to touch base quickly with groups of people.

5. Adobe Edge Inspect

 

This one is highly suited to web designers as it provides features to preview and inspect web designs on devices,such as mobile phones and tablets. Designers can use Synchronized Browsing, Refreshing and remote inspection, and can also make any changes to the HTML,CSS code from anywhere. An easy way to make sure that your design is the best it can be before you go to beta.
